"It was an absolutely gorgeous property and the host, Greg, was very hospitable and very kind. The property was very well-maintained and it was so nice to get out of the city life and just be out in the country. It was very quiet and relaxing. There are a lot of activities that you can sign up for. It is a horse farm, so we did a trail ride and had a lesson. It was a lot of fun.The only issue I had was with our room specifically, our bathroom was across the hall. Well, the other rooms all had their own private bath in the room. So it was awkward to use the restroom. But other than that, it was a really good experience. Greg made breakfast every morning, and there was a lot of exploring to do, and tons of wildlife – which I Love. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a quick weekend getaway. However, if you can, I would not get the Pirateer suite, that was the room we had, and, like I said, the bathroom was across the hall, so it made things a little awkward. Other than that i would definitely go back."

"This was the ideal location and accommodations for what our group of 7 needed. The price was very reasonable. Even though it is considered "out of town" it is a wonderful community that it is located in and the drive to Oak Harbor is easy. It was well stocked with kitchenwares and even some basic spices and such. We highly recommend that if you stay here that you take time to walk down to the private community beach access and walk along the beach at low tide. We loved it! Would definitely stay here again if we visit in the future."
