Paid a twin room, but received a double bed on the check in day instead. The receptionist said housekeeping were home for the day and they could not fix it, even though their system noted it was a twin. Was told to deal with the double or have the couch set up. Turns out, all they had to do was unzip the mattress and remake the beds. It kind of felt like they didn't want to make the effort to fix the situation at first.

"A property full of character in the grounds of an old Manor House. We were a group of 4 adults and one 14 year old and the property provided us with excellent accommodation. Jean was an excellent host, communicating regularly and in English when necessary! We would definitely stay again."
