The place is beautiful and it has lots of potential. Right now the owner is going through some troubles with cleaning staff. She has been having every client clean the house when they leave. Yet there were no cleaning supplies or trash bags in the house. I had cleaning wipes in my car that we used when we left. When we got to the house, the sheets were dirty not just a little bit dirty, very dirty. I have tons of pictures and videos. None of the beds in the house did we sleep on? When I contacted the host she was extremely helpful at first. She offered to reimburse for a cleaning fee if we would clean. We cleaned everything that we touched, which was very little altogether. We did not shower in the house, we did not cook. We did not have coffee. There was no place to relax on the porch and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. It was extremely stressful. There were hornets nesting on the lower deck. We went to the bathroom only after having to turn the water on and off because there was a leak in the downstairs toilet. I paid for 2 nights and stayed in the condo a total of nine hours. I slept on an air mattress that I had in my car and the couch as I did not trust any sheets or blankets in the house. After sending all of this information with pictures/ videos to the owner, she said she’d reimburse me for most of my stay. It has been a couple of days & she has done none of that which is why I am leaving this very accurate review.
