Less than 5 minutes' drive from the beaches of Six-Fours and all amenities. Outside (260 m²) you can enjoy the swimming pool at the front of the house and the barbecue in the back courtyard. Beautiful house Open-plan kitchen leading to living room and dining room. Bedrooms upstairs with air conditioning. Heated above-ground swimming pool at the front of the house and barbecue in the rear courtyard. Separate bathroom and WC. Possibility of parking two cars in the garden. Bedding: 160 cm double bed (bedroom 1) 2 single beds 90 cm (bedroom 2) 2 single beds 90 cm (bedroom 3) Facilities: \-Air conditioning, internet, TV, washing machine \-Ceramic hob (4 rings), dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle \-Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol \-Iron and ironing board, hoover, broom, mop, dustpan, clotheshorse. We accept holiday vouchers (depending on the booking platform). Bed linen and towels are not included. The swimming pool is not accessible from 01 October to 30 April.
