Apartment 39 m2 200m from the port of Brusc in Six-Fours les Plages, opposite the Embiez island, 500m from the beach and 5 minutes walk from all shops.
Spacious, this T2 with its cabin area can accommodate 6 people in a closed residence with private parking and bicycle storage. In addition to its balcony allowing easy lunch for 6, the apartment has a 20m2 roof terrace with an exceptional 270 ° panoramic sea view, the sea in front, the wooded area at the back.
The living room with its sea view opens directly onto a large balcony and has a sofa bed, TV and a stereo.
Fully equipped, the open kitchen has induction hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
The bedroom has a 140x190 bed and a large closet. A cabin area offers 2 bunk beds in 90.

Bel appartement mais pas adapté pour de jeunes enfants

Un bel appartement spacieux, bien agence,bien placé. Situé au 3 étage sans ascenseur et c'est la le problème...des escaliers partout.tres difficile d'accès avec 1 poussette et pour les personnes ayant des problèmes aux genoux et au dos.

Für eine Familie, die gerne kocht, leider zu wenig Kochmöglichkeiten (nur zwei Glaskochfelder, kein Ofen). Ansonsten sehr gute Lage, toller Ausblick, optimal für 2-4 Personen.

C'est encore mieux en réel.

Location conforme à notre attente. L' appartement est très bien orienté avec une vue magnifique du balcon, et encore mieux du toit terrasse. Son équipement est parfait. La région est splendide avec de multiples lieux à découvrir, et une végétation très diversifiée. L' accueil est très bien assuré avec un excellent suivi tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

petite escapade dans un appartement bien situé et avec une très belle vue

Petite escapade de deux nuits dans cet appartement bien situé, avec une très belle vue, dans lequel il ne manque rien et avec une bonne literie. Pour plus de sérénité sur la terrasse du haut en tant que maman j'aurais apprécié un petit portail pour éviter tout risque de chute dans l'escalier. Si nous le pouvons nous reviendrons certainement!

une vue magnifique !

Appartement très bien agencé, avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. 2 terrasses avec une vue superbe! Le seul bémol fut la place de parking, on nous avait indiqué un emplacement "privatif" . On a d'abord eu un mot sur notre pare-brise nous indiquant de nous mettre ailleurs. Alors on a téléphoné à notre hôtesse qui ne savait plus trop si c'était la bonne place ou celle d'à côté, après s'être renseigné elle nous confirme la place. Dans le doute on avait mis un mot visible en indiquant notre n° de tél en cas de problème et un jour, plutôt une nuit, notre tél sonne, un monsieur qui voulait sa place. Mon mari est descendu et le monsieur lui a montré le tableau des proprios des parkings dans le hall de la résidence et il n'y avait pas de parking au nom du proprio de notre location et il lui a dit qu'il avait l'habitude car c'était ainsi tout l'été! Dommage, on serait volontiers revenus mais sans parking privé c'est très compliqué car là-bas, jamais de place, surtout l'été et surtout parking payant !! Donc à voir!

Magnique vue sur mer

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement bien conçu et très bien équipé. Nous avons profité pleinement du toit terrasse surplombant la mer et fait de belles balades à pied. Le propriétaire a su se rendre disponible et à l'écoute malgré une réservation 24 h avant notre arrivée et je l'en remercie. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Schöne Zimmer, großer Balkon und große Dachterrasse. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
