### L'Orée du Cap - Climatisé proche plage

The Cocoonr / Book&Pay agency offers this 80 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Six-Fours-les-Plages, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd and top floor (with lift), it comprises a 33 m² living room, an 18 m² covered terrace, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The flat is composed as follows:  
\- 33 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with en-suite shower room, WC  
\- Bedroom 2 and 3 : double bed (140x190)  
\- Bathroom with bathtub  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
