  • Beautiful, cosy house "De Manou", semi-detached. 1.5 km from the centre of Six-Fours-les-Plages, 12 km from the centre of Toulon, 41 km from the centre of Cassis, on a slope, in the residential district, 5 km from the sea. Private: well-kept garden 580 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, courtyard, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Toulon" 12 km, sandy beach "Bonnegrâce" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Hiking paths: Iles des Embiez, Porquerolles, Cassis. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
    "De Manou", 4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system, DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), bathroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 3 beds (80 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm), air conditioning. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Magnifique

Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus, in einem Wohngebiet ruhige Lage ,gut ausgestattet mit reichlich Geschirr, gemütlich und auch praktisch eingerichtet. Lediglich schade, dass zum Einkaufen wegen der Entfernung stets das Auto benötigt wurde. Aber ansonsten alles bestens für Ferien mit Kindern

Abwechslungsreich. Schön waren auch der Ausflug nach La Cadiere und die Europäische Küstenrudermeisterschaften am Strand von Les Sablettes.

Confort comme à la maison

Maison extraordinairement bien équipée (rien ne manque) et décorée avec goût, literie confortable, quartier très calme, aucun vis à vis. Un seul regret s'il en faut un : il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage.

Schön, aber etwas unsauber

Sehr guter Service vor Ort, teils deutschsprachig. Haus groß, renoviert, überaus schön, komfortabel. Leider war die Küche und einige Ecken nicht sonderlich sauber. Aber das war das einzige Unangenehme. Jederzeit wieder!

Très belle maison de loin, mais loin d'être belle au vu de la propreté ( poussiéreux - maison mal entretenue - abondance de moustique nous empêchant de profiter de l'extérieur en plus )

location au calme

maison assez agréable, au calme dans un square. Bien équipée et propre. La literie et les fermetures (portes, volets) sont un peu vieillissants mais globalement nous avons passés de bonnes vacances. Par contre, l'adresse a changée et nous n'avions pas les informations, ce qui fait que nous avons eu du mal à trouver la maison

Ferienhaus De Manou

Das Haus war ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Als wir ankamen war der Garten ziemlich zugewachsen und unansehnlich. Der Grill, die Terrasse, sowie die Spülmaschine waren nicht gereinigt. Unter den Matratzen lag Müll. Alles in allem - die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten war die Lage der Wohnung, Ausstattung der Küche usw ok.

complètement satisfait. A refaire

Très agréablement surpris par l'accueil. Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine, au calme, dans un gite parfait. Nous ne pouvons que le conseiller à nos amis. Le temps n'était pas de la partie, mais vous n'y pouvez pas grand chose. Merci encore et à bientôt.

Schöne Unterkunft

+ gute Lage + eigener Parkplatz vorhanden auf Grundstück + gut eingerichtete Küche + gute Größe + abgeschlossenes Grundstück + guter W-LAN Empfang + Terrasse mit Markise sehr angenehm - Tor zur Einfahrt mangelhaft - ein Schlafzimmer im OG durch Holzbock o.ä. nicht benutzbar, was für uns sehr nachteilig war - TV nicht nutzbar da Fernbedienungen nicht funktionsfähig Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit PKW in 5 Min. erreichbar. Strände in der Umgebung sehr schön.

Wenn möglich, eigenes Bettzeug...

Wenn möglich, eigenes Bettzeug mitbringen. Die Einziehdecken sind sehr breit und für zwei Personen gedacht. In Deutschland hat man für diese Decken meistens keine Bezüge. Reisetipps: Le Castelet unbedingt besuchen. Vielleicht ein großer Ausflug nach Aix en Provence. Hier gibt es eien wunderschönen Markt.Besonders Sanary ist sehenswert. Von dort fahren auch Schiffe bis Marseille an den Calanques entlang.

Maison très agréable à vivre a...

Maison très agréable à vivre avec un jardin suffisant pour se détendre et déjeuner à l'extérieur.Quartier calme.Nous avons trouvé tout lesmatériel nécessaire à la vie quotidienne.Les deux salles de bains sont appréciables t comme nous étions 8.Accueil sympathique. Conseils de voyage: La région que nous connaissons bien est très agréable et offre de multiples activités pour grands et petits.Les plages sont petites mais hors saison cela suffit.Le Brusc et le Gaou ainsi que Sanary toujours aussi charmants.Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une semaine très ensoleillée.
