About 1km from the sea and 14 minutes walk, T1 24m ² top of charming villa, garden, swimming pool, comfort  
  
 France, VAR, FRENCH RIVIERA, SIX OVENS THE BRUSC, TOP OF VILLA, T1 24M ² WITH LAND CLOSURE  
Rent very nice studio on the floor of a villa for 3 people maxi on a ground 1100M ² closed. Car parking on the ground secure access by automatic gate;  
Located near the city center of Six Fours, and close to all shops.   
Close to Sanary (by car) where there is a superb market every day of the week.  
Very calm environment to spend very pleasant holidays.   
The nearest beach is La Coudoulière beach: succession of small coves and then a large sandy cove to the traffic gap in the direction of Brusc. Very family-friendly beach located close to shops, restaurants and leisure. Large free parking on the other side of the road.  
Supervised swimming during the tourist season.  
New studio very well equipped - any comfort- equipped kitchen including induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, multifunction microwave oven, washing machine, living room with convertible 140 cm x 200 cm. A bathroom (large shower 100x80 and washbasin), 1 toilet.  
From the main room, you access a terrace of 10m² facing south overlooking the pool, where you can enjoy your meals.   
Non smoking apartment. No pets allowed.  
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.  
The non-private pool is 10m x 5m, depth 1\. 45 to 1\. 65 meters, terrace 70m2 exotic wood on 3 sides with sunbeds, on the 4th side a summer kitchen with sink, worktop and barbecue.   
Non-private pool that is shared with 3 other rentals.  
In the surroundings, the activities are numerous: for the sportsmen possibility of mountain bike, tree climbing, hikes, walking on the surrounding paths leading up to the village and practice of horse riding at an equestrian center on the village of Brusc with pier island of Embiez.  
Water activities, scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing and surfing at Brutal Beach (Six Fours), water skiing, fishing.  
Near Six Fours Les Plages with its famous fort, its beaches of the Coudoulière, of Good Grace, its port of Brusc, the cliff of Gaou, island of Embiez and its oceanographic museum. Near Notre Dame du May, Sablettes, Sanary, Bandol, Toulon with its cable car tour and its most beautiful harbor in Europe.   
\- Charming resort of the Provençal Coast, Six-Fours Les Plages invites you to an art of living between Sea and Forest, all along 18 Km of coast where alternate beaches of blond sand and secret creeks.  
Enjoy this small marina with its preserved forest (2\. 700 ha). Its summit of Cap Sicié (Notre Dame du Mai), at 358 meters above sea level, offers a magnificent panorama of the hinterland and the coast of Cassis at the peninsula of Giens. The forest of Janas enchants walkers. An extensive network of trails allows the practice of many nature sports, mountain biking, cycling and horse riding.  
The coastal path will take you to the water and coves. - The evenings are colored by the sunsets on the bay, the crafts in the numerous night markets without forgetting the summer festivals

#### Superbe séjour

Séjour d'une semaine passé dans ce petit studio, parfait pour un couple. (Il y avait un lit supplémentaire pour un enfant). L'intérieur n'est pas très grand mais très bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Avec salle de bain et cuisine. La villa dispose d'une grande piscine et des transats, c'est top. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité : plage, boulangerie, magasins. Rien à redire, je recommande !
