LE BRUSC : comfortable apartment of 68 sqm for 6 people with nice terrace south orientation, small garden north orientation and swimming-pool in a beautiful residence close to the village/port and to the beaches. Air conditioning.
The apartment offers a large main living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a nice TV lounge, a dining room table. All opening directly on a large terrace south oriented on one side and a small garden on the other.
The terrace offers a clear view of the pine forest and a small side sea view. A blind allows you to have lunch in the shade. Plancha available.
2 bedrooms are at your disposal, one with a shower room, another with a bathroom: double room with double bed 140*200 (shower room) and room with 4 beds, a double bed 140*200 and 2 single beds 90*200 (bath/shower-room). WC independent.
Very beautiful hikes are accessible directly from the apartment on Cap Siciée and the peninsula of Gaou. Shuttle-boat service to the Embiez Island at 7 minutes walking distance.

Appartement bien placé, residence calme et propre. Piscine assez bien. Bons équipements dans l'appartement et bonne literie. Avantage d'avoir 2 salles de bain.Manque joint sous porte de douche, avons dû changer 3 ampoules grillées, ménage non fait à l'arrivée (juste du retard ) mais tbien géré par l'équipe de location .

Endroit sympathique dommage on a pas pu profiter de la piscine car elle était fermée pour analyse de l'eau...5jours Ménage fait 3h après notre installation donc moyen moyen mais autrement lieu hyper sympathique
