"Super convenient, about 10 minutes to the Caverns. Even though it is an older property, it has been well maintained and updated.The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and microwave and fridge in room. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the mini water park with pool, splash pad, and water slides. Continental breakfast was included which was a big plus. Would definitely stay there again."

"Be mindful of the directions when using maps. It routed us an hour out of the way thru a dark, isolated canyon with no wifi. Once we backtracked out of the canyon, the owner sent me her location and we found it. She is concerned and will get with tech to fix that. She checked us in with our late night arrival. The key card worked but didn’t open the door. Someone else came to assist us. Still couldn’t get the door to open with the card. We only stayed one night and the room was perfect for a short overnight stay. It was VERY cold, actually too cold so make an adjustment. Hot water and shower pressure was great. TV turned on but remote didn’t work. Bed was ok but comfortable enough. Towels were nice. The owner made us a small snack for breakfast but we wanted to try the burritos we had read about in the reviews. The price and accommodation was a great value. We were 30 minutes from Carlsbad caverns so it was an easy drive in the morning. That was convenient and why we chose this Inn for a short night ."
