Located near the Aiguadolç marina, beautiful sandy beach and with views over the old town of Sitges and the sea.SITGES " The Space: Luxurious 180m2 holiday duplex with capacity for 7 people, decorated in a style between Provençal and Tuscan, with exquisite taste. The floor is handmade clay and the doors are made of old oak (some more than 150 years old). It has three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed; and it also has a cinema room with a high-resolution projector and also a double bed, so you can enjoy the most comfortable movie session, with your partner or family. The living room has huge silk armchairs in front of a marble fireplace, with paintings by Miró and Reig. The library has a magnificent LOEWE television. On the second floor, a spacious dining room/kitchen, in warm colors, with a huge table next to the terrace door, from which you can see the sea, the bay of Sitges and the green of the garden. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Guest Access: Located near beautiful sandy beaches and next to the heart of the Aiguadolç marina, listed as one of the best in the Mediterranean. The 2 parking out front is awesome and street parking wasn’t bad early in AM or at night. The house is tastefully decorated. It would have received 5 stars if not for horrible electric system hat doesn’t all you to run AC with literally any applicance or two zones at once. Therefore at night time the bedroom upstairs would get extremely hot and during the daytime you know the upstairs or downstairs want to be usable because it was too hot. We went in the month of August and it was almost 90° in at least one part of the house would always be unbearable. Further the electricity would constantly be shutting off and you have to go reset the breaker in the middle of the night it was very disturbing and at that point they only had one air conditioning unit running so not sure exactly what’s going on but this is a major problem. Therefore at night time the bedroom upstairs would get extremely hot and during the daytime either the upstairs or downstairs want to be usable because it was too hot. We went in the month of August and it was almost 90° and at least one part of the house would always be unbearable.
