"Place was amazing I booked 3 separate rooms We got there and to our amazement the front desk lady insisted I booked 1 room We asked to see the booking confirmation and when we looked at it there was 3 separate rooms booked The lady at front desk response was we did not look at the full message ie booking confirmation Both the front desk lady manager was completely not helpful Offered us the farm cottage which was in the bush away from the restaurant etc Eventually they had given us 2 rooms and several hours later given me the third room They entire check in response was insane and lack professionalism Pathetic service from the front desk member and manager on duty"
