"Room was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. No noise from hallway at all. People who worked there were really nice. Pool was relaxing and at 59 I was able to go down the slide 😁. I would definitely tell my friends and family to stay here when in Havasu!"

"We loved it. The space is a little small but plenty for what we needed. The location was amazing! We didn’t have to trek to the lake with all of our stuff. We just grabbed towels and headed down. We will for sure stay there again!"

"My husband and I came out here to go fishing with our boat and our dogs, so the convenience of this property was a draw for us. Our small dogs were able to hangout on the patio with us and enjoy the lake view and people-watching during the windier parts of the day when it wasnt ideal to be fishing. I was able to do photography of passing boats from the balcony and overall just enjoy the outdoor lakeside without being in the sun.My husband LOVED the provided electric golf cart that he could drive to the dock in less than 2 minutes to get to his boat (beach parking was an option for our boat but we didnt end up utilizing it, although its convenient). Our truck was able to fit in the provided parking space with the golf cart onsite, so parking was a breeze. Our boat trailer parked free nearby the dock.Check-in was painless at the front office and the security guard was easy to work with for boating info, we really liked the staff here.Laura was very attentive and helpful for all of my questions prior to our booking and during our stay.The unit felt a bit smaller than I expected but Im 200lbs and 8 months pregnant so thats probably just me. I believe advertising it for up to 6 people is pretty reasonable.There were a handful of complimentary snacks, plenty of coffees, toiletries, and condiments, which is such a thoughtful characteristic! With the groceries we brought, they had plenty of cooking supplies for me to cook for the weekend.We wouldnt stay anywhere else in Havasu!"

"We enjoyed our time at this property and it was as advertised. Clean, updated and great view of the lake. My husband also loved riding around in the golf cart. Unfortunately the last people left it almost empty but he took the gas can and filled it up so he could enjoy it. The owners would be better served by adding more details about the property because it does offer nice amenities. Most importantly the property host should be replaced. She never answered any of my 5 inquiry messages one of which was adding an additional day to our trip. I also called her voicemail 3x and got nothing back. I was seriously worried about our stay bc I’ve never had an issue with a host not responding. I finally called the real estate company and was helped on a few occasions by other agents that were great. In a previous review someone complained about Layla and we didn’t think too much of it but now I agree with that person. A renter should Never have to worry about their VRBO"
