Summary:
Camp Polk Lodge
The Space:
Beautifully positioned among the pines outside Sisters, Camp Polk Lodge is ideally situated for outdoor recreation in every season. Whether your plans are to golf, ski, hike, or ride bikes, you'll relish coming home to a private hot tub and two levels of lovely deck space.
This home sits on a wooded piece of property just three miles outside the charming western town of Sisters. It's on a designated scenic bike route, with the Camp Polk Meadow Preserve across the street. You'll find golf courses in every direction, as well as the ski slopes of Hoodoo and Mt. Bachelor within an easy drive.
The interior is spread out across three levels, with the open and airy main living space up on the top floor. With its tall windows and high ceilings, this great room is a wonderful spot to flip pancakes at the kitchen's island range, gather for board games at the dining room table in the afternoons, and curl up by the gas fireplace and stream movies all evening. A glass door connects to the tree-lined balcony offering a gas grill and a hammock - downstairs.
Of the three bedrooms, there's a primary suite with direct balcony access on the top floor and two bedrooms on the middle level. There is also a flex space with a sleeper sofa available on the bottom floor. The home's fast WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform some online research for those last-minute projects.

Great location and well-kept cabin. We highly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and pantry that supplied all of our cooking needs. Hot tub was excellent!

The house was perfect for our family. We highly recommend this property. We loved the location - it’s quiet and allowed us to enjoy the outdoors.
Large homey clean house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable! Nice hot tub. It was just the two of us but would be wonderful for a large family or group of friends!

Great home!
What a clean and comfortable home! Our family enjoyed our stay. As we were there right before Christmas it was so nice to have some Christmas decorations. The location was perfect for us - close enough to town to get there easily yet in a quiet and peaceful location.

Good place to unwind.
Beautiful and quiet location, yet only a quick drive into town. Very clean home, especially for a pet friendly location. Hot tub was great after long cool days. Well stocked with everything needed.

As Good As It Gets
Sister's Oregon is one of Oregon's most beautiful areas, and Camp Polk Lodge is the best place there for family gatherings or a quiet get-away. We have stayed there before and hope to return at least once or twice annually. The home has everything you need.

Perfect spot
This house had everything we needed and more. I was in town for my son's wedding. Having a place that felt like home and had everything already there was so helpful for these very busy days. It was perfect for our family to gather and discuss last minute things and perfect. The hot tub was amazing. It was clean and beautiful. The a/c was out the first day and they worked hard to get someone out to fix it the next afternoon. Absolutely perfect spot for us. Thank you.
Comfortable home, although people with stair climbing issues should not consider this property.
Would appreciate Kleenex tissues during the allergy season.
neighbor came over twice during our four day stay to tell us dining room light and porch lights including the mini lights bothered him.
Lovely property: light airy, great mattresses, clean, comfy, fully equipped, easy process.
Our family gathered for the holidays, and it sleeps eight well. We loved this place and will go back. The location is great, across road from meadow preserve, so close to town, spacious accommodation. The owners/property managers are thoughtful: Christmas tree assembled and decorated was so helpful, kitchen well equipped. Hot tub was fun to soak in. We were lacking for nothing. (Just make sure everyone is comfortable climbing stairs because there are at least 16 stairs to climb to main living area through the garage). There were even toys provided for our dog! It was so easy to check in and check out. Really can’t say enough about the place. So special.
We will definitely come again. We loved it! Thank you.
The space worked well for our group of 5. We were in the Sisters area to ride bicycles. We rode the Holmes Road off 126, the Crooked River and the Metolius. Each ride was really spectacular.
The house was good. The hot tub was murky, so we did not use it. We had to clean the outdoor furniture and grill to use them. Loads of mosquitoes at dusk drove us inside.
The house had been superficially cleaned. The coffee pot had used coffee grounds in it and was quite dusty. There was trash in the downstairs bedroom. Vacasa does not clean well.
Probably would not rent this house again.
See you down the road……

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Camp Polk Lodge
The lack of consistent useful communication from the property manager, Vacasa, and the TOTAL ABSENCE of a local contact person, despite our repeated requests over 4 days, made this a very negative experience. During an exchange of 24 emails back and forth and several phone calls, we never heard from the same person twice, NONE of them were local, and we were unable to have a productive conversation to solve problems! We NEVER got a door code that worked (they kept giving us a 10 digit code that looked like a phone number, that did not work), and only got the correct code to the key box after several requests. If a back door hadn't been unlocked when we arrived, we would not have been able to get into the house! The house itself was lovely, comfortable and well-equipped and we normally would be happy to stay there again, but our experience with Vacasa was very frustrating.
My family had a wonderful time, such a nice home and area! The home was well equipped and perfect for our stay! Thank You!

Comfy & Cozy
We had the best time at Camp Polk Lodge! The house is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully put together. We enjoyed the close proximity to town and the hot tub was the perfect way to end a busy day! We can’t wait to book another visit to Camp Polk Lodge!
Very open floor plan with generous amenities. It’s the little things that count and the owners get it!! Hot tub, coffee, plenty of towels, great proximity to Hoodoo and Sisters left us wanting to book the next trip!!
Thank you for a great stay!
This house is cozy and well-appointed! Our family and dogs (and a baby) found it safe (baby gate) and stylish. There are plentiful fleece blankets for snuggling up in the great room and even a Christmas tree and outdoor lights for an extra-festive feel.

NICOLE -
the house is nice, and rooms and beds are comfortable. nice and quiet place to stay. it should be noted however that the house has many stairs to get into the home and in the home as it is a tri-level and if you have anyone with physical limitations this house might not be one for you. My husband has a bad leg/foot from a trauma and it was hard for him to get up the stairs to the house. Other than that the house is very nice.
This property was beautiful!!! With this being our first family trip to Oregon, we could see this being a perfect place in both the summer and winter. Located just a couple of miles outside of Sisters, it was easy to get in and out of town. The half mile walking trail across the road made for a good jogging path one of the mornings and the hot tub made for a relaxing evening after being out and about. The beds were comfortable and one of the bedrooms was blackout dark. Amazing property with many small extras.
