With two spacious living rooms, two primary suites with en suite baths, three additional bedrooms, a third full bath and a half bath, your whole crew will find comfort and space to unwind!

    The large furnished deck, private hot tub, fire table, grill and yard offer a peaceful outdoor haven among the Ponderosa Pines on a quiet cul-de-sac. Inside, enjoy cozy seating, two wood-burning fireplaces, foosball, Ping-Pong, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of games, puzzles and books to keep all entertained.

    The modern kitchen, equipped with a Viking stovetop and oven, is fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials to make it easy for guests to cook and enjoy their homemade favorites at the extended dining table or the outdoor tables on the deck.

    A highlight of this home is the onsite EV charger, available to guests to conveniently charge their vehicles at the house. Washing and drying machines offer another comfort of home for guest use. A large desk in Bedroom 1 creates an option to work from home, as needed.

    On the Ranch, guests have access to resort amenities including miles of trails for walking or biking, 5 Shared Pools, Tennis and Pickleball courts, 2 Golf Courses, plus Fitness Center, and paddle board, kayak, canoe, bike and cross country ski rentals.

Home was a great setup and size for the 8 of us in three groups: 2 couples and a friend group. Good layout, very clean, friendly neighbors. Especially loved the two living/media rooms so groups could be close but doing their own thing. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens, two en suite bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, central location near Meadow and entrance. Close to two of the pools including the beautiful Lodge Pool. Had many amenities that other homes don’t: extra beverage fridge, 6 person private hot tub serviced during our stay, grill, deck with enough seating for 10. There was a 4 person firepit - didn’t use but nice to have. Tons of games, puzzles, foosball, and pingpong and garage packed with bikes and equipment. We’ll be back!
