El personal en especial Aida maravilloso. El safari es fantástico así como el resto de actividades. Pero parte de las instalaciones como la ducha de la piscina que no funcionaba, luces del baño que no van, y algun que otro detalle deslucen un poco la experiencia. O hotel é lindo mas a limpeza deixou muito a desejar principalmente na area externa no restaurante do cafe da manhã. Poucos funcionários . A equipe do Lobby ( recepcionista)deixando muito a desejar, nao são cordiais / péssima experiência.
