The location is amazing. Thngs look very worn. The price seems decent for a hotel with a pool. The pool is more kept up than the rest of the hotel.

Clean room. Very helpful staff. Supermarket and plenty of restaurants/whiskey bar walking distance . Safe location close to the airport. Bed was very comfortable.
The only con - No refrigerator in the room to keep drinks cold.

This hotel is nestled in one of the safest neighborhoods in Guatemala city, being maybe some 3 kilometers from the ore commercial and touristic areas of it. It is still close to some excellent restaurants, high end shopping malls and very close to the airport. Rooms are large, clean and bright. I’d stay here again and again(which i have). Very recommended if your goal is staying in a quiet, yet accessible place.

I love this hotel. Everyone was nice, the ambience is beautiful, the pool is nice and the food at the restaurant was both reasonable and good. And it’s also a great location.

Beautiful and high end. Lovely hotel, beautiful facilities, attentive staff. It is a larger hotel so it was not very quiet and it’s on a busy street, but walking distance to many places.
