The home is very well stocked and cozy. It’s small but suited is just perfectly. We enjoyed the park/pond that is just a couple blocks north of the house. We were only staying one night on our stopover to the Black Hills. The small, fenced in yard was nice to have for our dog as well as the 3 season porch. Street that backs out from the driveway is a bit busy, but was still easy to get out when needed. The A/C was very welcomed as it was very hot/muggy during our stay. It is 3 mins from the Denny Sanford. This home is situated on a corner lot, the driveway is actually on sixth. The driveway is tight if you own a large suv, but you are able to park on the street if need be. This is a very well labeled, well stocked, and super clean home. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. Communication with the owner was perfect! They are quick to respond and willing to help. Checkout was very easy. Very clean. A bit musty smelling but you got used to it. Plenty of room. Hostess thought of everything even fire wood & dog treats. Only thing my wife said was missing was hand lotion. Located on a busy street but you could barely hear any traffic noise. This bungalow was also minutes from everything you want to see in Sioux Falls. Five stars. Despite being smaller than expected, we had a great stay. When arriving home, we were accused and charged for having an animal on site and causing damages to some very OLD windows. After repeated attempts to contact the property owner to discuss, our credit card was charged. We contacted VRBO but without "before" pictures, we do not have any recourse. So please take pictures as you will be charged additionally for a very old property. In addition, the house was cold, the windows drafty and there was only one blanket on each of the beds. The location was perfect for us -- just a 5 minute drive to the hospital and close to the downtown area. My dog loved running around the fenced-in backyard and it was so nice to be able to bring him with. The house was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed during our stay.
