This charming and cozy, 3-bedroom and 1-bath, bungalow has been fully renovated with updated furnishings and finishes. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in central Sioux Falls, within walking distance of Sanford Health and only minutes away from McKennan Hospital, McKennan Heart Hospital, VA Hospital, Augustana University, University of Sioux Falls, downtown area, restaurants, shopping and other attractions/entertainment.
The main level of the home includes two bedrooms (queen beds), full bath, kitchen, dining room and living room (with a large smart TV). There is a deck off the dining area that includes an outdoor table/chair set and gas grill and leads to a private back yard. The front patio includes an outdoor bistro set. The lower level includes a 3rd bedroom (queen bed), an additional living room (with a large smart TV) and desk/home office area, and large laundry area (including a full size washer/dryer, utility sink, workbench and wall-mounted ironing board). The home includes a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, linens, etc.) and all new bedroom/bath linens.
