- Located in the heart of Sioux Falls, this curated home welcomes guests with four bedrooms, including two king and two queen beds. A toddler bed is available as well as a pack n play and an infant bassinet. Three bathrooms easily accommodate the space, with two being en suite. This mid-60’s ranch home has been renovated to create an inviting open layout and kitchen but still has retained some original charm. Guests will appreciate the thoughtful touches that make this house feel like a home away from home.
Conveniently located, it is less than a 10 minute walk away from the Augustana Kirkeby-Over Stadium and their central sports complex area. The Graduation, football games or Hockey weekends prime location! The primary entertainment destinations of Falls Park and downtown Sioux Falls, the Denny Sanford Premier Center, the University of Sioux Falls sports complex and the Empire Mall are all short drives away. This central location and cozy space is the perfect complement to any Sioux Falls adventure.
