This property offers an oversized garage perfect for staging your next construction project in the Siouxland area as well as a huge rhubarb patch if that tickles your fancy. We had accidentally locked ourselves out.We only used the upstairs of the house as we did not need the downstairs. The stairs are rather steep so the downstairs would not work for elderly people. The downstairs could use some sprucing up, but the upstairs was comfortable and cozy. It was very, very cold when we were visiting so we were glad to have the use of the garage.
