- Nice 1125 sqft upstairs apartment , all equipped, inside of a charming residence with Balcony and Garage. Walk distance to Morningside university and closed to everything: downtown is 1.3 mi away, mercyone is 1.6 mi away and UnityPoint health is 3 mi away.
We provide TV, wi-fi, Iron, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer & dryer. Towels are provided, and we have a few basic shower amenities if you happen to forget anything. Please be aware that this unit is a part of an updated old house.
