Very small room with wash-stand placed in the room. All rooms on ground floor were booked, so I had to take a room upstairs (I was with dog). If I had known in advance, I would not have booked this hotel at all. Unfortunately nobody gave the message, even though I asked for it while booking the room. In plus: one of the few dog-friendly hotels in this location!

Hotel was nice, but its not really a hotel....more like a bed and breakfast....owner lives upstairs top floor......serves only breakfast....Clean, room very small for two people...Strange bed for canadian standards, very low on floor only one pillow....does have a tv.....has a plunge pool and patio.....terrace on front of building for drinks...close to the lake.......no actual sandy beach area at this part, very rocky, everything walking distance......

balatoni ár érték hiánya
Szállás nem teljesíti az ár érték arányt. Dohos , penész szag terjedt az ágyból , komód fiókjaiból és a szoba teljes légterében. Falon halványan láthatók voltak a penészfoltok, de egy vékony réteg festéssel halványították el. Szellőzésre csak egy nyíló bejárati ajtóval lehetséges, ablakok fix üvegtáblák. Udvari földszinti szoba esetében nem add biztonságot éjjel nyitva tartott ajtó. Légkondi van , de csak keveri a szoba dohos , penészes levegőjét. Ágy kemény , alacsony és dohos illattal. Reggeli étkezés előzetes egyeztetés után megoldható. Reggel a mellettünk lévő szobában felújítás zajaira ébredtünk. A felső szintről vagy a mellettünk lévő szobából az összes zaj le/áthallatszikWC öblítés - használat, zuhanyzás vagy mosdó ... pl.mikor mit tevékenykedtek feledtünk. A személyzet kedvessége sem tudta a szállás kritikus tárgyi feltételeit kompenzálni.

NEgatív tapasztalatok
Érkezésünkkor senki nem volt a recepción. Körbejártuk az egész épületet, aztán telefonáltunk, utána kb 10 perc múlva megjelent egy recepciós (?). Az udvar, a medence, az ágyak tele lehullott falevelekkel, nincsenek rendbe tartva, rendkívül lehangoló. A Classic szoba kb 12 m2, nincs egy szék se, ahova pakolni lehetett volna. A szoba legalább tiszta volt. Reggelinél az asztaldíszen szaladgált a pók, az asztalon az előző napi odaszáradt pohárnyom, morzsa. Az ablak, a padlózat koszos volt, jó pár napja nem volt takarítva. Összességében nagy csalódás volt, pedig ha rendben/tisztán tartanák, szupi kis hely lehetne ☹

Ár-érték arányban kitűnő, kedves a főnök és a személyzet. A szobával, fürdőszobával minden rendben volt, az udvaron található medence és napozóágyak emelték a hely színvonalát. A szállás közel van a parthoz és egy híres szórakozóhelyhez, fiataloknak, baráti társaságoknak ajánlom.

Unpleasant surprise
I didn't stay at the hotel (which is not a hotel but more a sort of guesthouse) because at the arrival the room was not available. The excuse was that it was too warm (even if the presence of air conditioning is listed as a room feature). The owner proposed us a room in a neighbouring building. the building was very old, with plaster falling from walls and ceiling. The room didn't have a bed but only a sofa partially covered with a small bedsheet. The overall cleaning conditions were pretty poor and the room (obviously without AC) was not worth the price you have to pay cash (no cards accepted) at the check-in.

Hotel à fuir ! Alors que nous avions réservés 1 semaine à l'avance, l'hôtel à refuser de nous accueillir. Résultats ils nous on proposé un appartement dans une résidence privé moyennant de l'argent cash. Au niveau équipements : draps non propres, piscine tres petite et pour finir le serveur du bar qui au moment de quitter l'hôtel nous accuse de ne pas avoir' payer les consommations de la'veille. Un vrai scandale !

L'invité pour 2 personnes est venu de 3 personnes. L'hôtel était débordé. Nous vous remercions d'avoir résolu les 3 invités. J'aimerais que vous réserviez un hébergement pour autant de personnes dès leur arrivée. La consommation de Bistro est toujours payée partout. Nous pouvons prouver à la caméra que l'invité n'a pas payé sa consommation.

klein, aber okay für Genügsame
Ein frisch renoviertes Haus, leider sind einige Zimmer extrem klein, so dass man kaum weiß wohin mit den Sachen. Schrànke und Ablagemöglichkeiten fehlen. Verdunkelung nicht möglich, Dusche im Zimmer, es spritzt unter und neben dem Vorhang vorbei. Leider auch Sauna defekt. Balkon ist toll!
