"Superb host, always readily available. Stunning property in a highly desirable area near monte petrosu, close to all the stunning beaches and san Teodoro downtown, but away from noise. Very nice breeze given the house position. Very good parking space. Fenced in and secure for kids. Beautifully landscaped and maintained garden. "The property is lovely & has an amazing view We felt it needed a few more little things such as a kettle,hairdryer, toaster & an iron as it has a ironing board but no iron, as no AC which we were aware off perhaps a pedestal fan would have helped a little .apart from those minor things everything was there that you needed. "This was a very nice property located on the waterfront. Exceptional value. Off-season so very little open in the area. I may have been the only guest in the hotel that night. This would be a great location in summer for regional water activities. The Festival of Sant' Antonio happened to be starting the same day I was there. The burning of the tree was right next to the hotel The town's people were friendly and shared wine and pastries"
