Penthouse is located next to the Ritz Carlton with private beach access, fitness facility, pool, clubhouse, tennis and pickle ball courts, and covered parking with secure gate access to condo. Two daily reserved (including setup) on beach lounge chairs, umbrella, and small table.


Also access to (2) cruiser bicycles, additional beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. Property also has barbecue grills available for guests.
