A security deposit is required prior to check-in: $100 for a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit, and $200 for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. This deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. The security deposit payment and check-in form will be sent once the booking is confirmed.

Netflix is included. Guests can access additional streaming services with their own accounts.

To maintain a peaceful environment, our smart home technology monitors the levels of decibel and occupancy. If excessive noise or occupancy is detected, our team will be notified and reach out to remind guests of the maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This home allows up to two dogs, and no other animals are permitted without prior approval. Reasonable barking from the dogs may be heard during the stay.

This rental is situated on the second floor.

Guests can use one designated parking spot, which is labeled as '2'. Any unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.

To enter the rental, guests must use an E-lock, which requires a unique code that is reset after each stay.

There are five surveillance cameras on the property, two of which are installed on the front of the home overlooking the parking area, while one is on either side of the home looking towards the walkways. Another camera is located at the back of the home overlooking the communal outdoor area, which includes a large outdoor dining table, grill, and firepit. All cameras have access to two-way audio communication when being viewed live, but they do not record sound. The cameras are not actively monitored 24/7.

On site property manager lives in the back and reachable for guests.
