Things to Know Free WiFi Two kayaks with oars and two paddle boards with paddles and vests are provided Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: Boat owners are prohibited from parking trailers on the property. The home does have a boatdock outback which requires a waiver be signed. Any guests who park a trailer on the property are responsible for fines billed from the HOA. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. There were plently of things to do and we especially enjoyed the pool, dock, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. The beach was walkable but we usually drove or rode the bikes because parking was very easy. Jodi was very responsive to anything we needed during the trip. This was the perfect place for a family vacation! The kids loved the pool and water access right outside the back door. The home was beautiful and Jodi was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. It’s also close to beaches and other activities. Great location on the inter-coastal and walking distance to great beach or you could drive down and there was plenty of free parking.
