We had a studio which was shockingly large even by U.S. standards for 8 comfortable days. Location was great right in the middle of Robertson Quay and River Valley as well as Clarke Quay and Fort Canning park. Dining choices were great, with numerous restaurants just downstairs in the square as well as the river walk along Robertson Quay. Also it's not too close to Clarke Quay which I find to be a blessing given how touristy and noisy it is. 5 min walk to the MRT station as well as walkable distance to Orchard road and Raffles city. The apartment was outstanding but more than that, the staff was exceptional and I appreciate the attention. They were always cordial, helpful and greeted me every time I passed through the lobby. It was also right near the Fort Canning Metro Stop and only a short GRAB or taxi ride from everything. The apartment was terrific, perfect space for a larger family group, well looked after and very clean. The location was unbeatable with views of the Singapore river from the balcony, and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise as well. Most importantly the service provided by the team lead by Keith was fantastic. They made our stay very comfortable and were especially helpful with all of our queries. The kitchen and laundry facilities allowed us to be self sufficient when we needed to be and we all had plenty of space. The apartment was very clean and serviced regularly. The views from the balcony and windows are sensational and the super friendly staff immediately available 24/7. The complimentary breakfasts on weekdays were also great for ensuring everyone started their day with a full fuel tank. The location is perfect for walking into the centre of the city along the river, or catching a train or bus to wherever you want to visit. Having said that, this property is clean, comfortable, and spacious. It is right on the riverfront with restaurants right at the door. The staff at the reception desk are very friendly and will do their best to help with anything you request. Clark Quay is just minutes walk away. So is Fort Canning station (RMT). The trains run every few minutes and you can easily get to many iconic tourist sights. (By the way, one of the best sights to see is "The Battle Box" at Fort Canning Park. Also (might be useful to know) half way between the Residence and Fort Canning Station is a smallish shopping Plaza. On the first floor is a very good supermarket with a bottle shop and also a chemist / pharmacy.
