The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us.

It’s always wonderful to walk into the front door of the Fullerton especially after a long trip. A beautiful large hotel with a botuque feel. And walk out the door to an excellent Asian cultural museum and a fun walk around the lake to great seafood meal.

Best stay we’ve had and we’ve been to a lot! Highly recommend it for a full vacation experience from a very attentive and friendly staff that pays attention to the smallest detail that might make you happier to the beautiful grounds and top notch cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay so much we wanna go back to Singapore that is 22 hours away flying !

Requested stay but not so pleasant this time.
Not a very pleasant stay this time, spotted a small cockroach in basin, and our assigned room is just beside the garden floor, extremely loud each time the door slam while closing, worse when there was a solemnisation event, frequent slamming throughout.

Amazing Hotel :)
This hotel was the perfect choice for our first visit to Singapore. The staff are friendly, polite and extremely professional. The room was the perfect size, the beds were the most comfortable and bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. The buffet breakfast was comprehensive and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The lobby area, is always busy with customers having high tea, or having some of the delicious cakes and listening to live harp music, which was lovely. The hotel also had a currency exchange machine which is very convenient. Hop-on-hop of bus is located at the hotel's door step, which was super handy for tourists and taxis are readily accessible (eg Marina bay sands and garden by the bays are a few minutes drive). Several locals and taxi drivers told us that the Fullerton hotel is considered a 6 star hotel in Singapore, and we could see why :)
