Hotel was in a good area, close to orchard street. A good area to walk around and we actually walked from the hotel to the marina one area. Staff were very helpful as we had some minor issues with our room but were resolved quickly. Pool area was good, we understand they are doing some renovation works which will probably improve the pool bar area and create a better vibe outside.

Very nice hotel with lovely staff and an excellent breakfast. Nice room and comfortable bed, however, rather inconvenient for a long stay, having next to nowhere to put luggage or clothes and limited PowerPoints. The location isn’t bad, but the hotel is on top of a hill, and a good 10 minute walk to Orchard Station, mostly uphill on the way back. Pretty tough going in Singapore’s humidity.

Rooms were as expected for a conventional hotel. The location is good but a little awkward if using car services due to local traffic. It can be more efficient to walk clear of traffic then get a Grab, or use MRT (subway). The gym was a bit lame for the type of hotel. Just 3 cardio machines and small free weights

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. All very clean. Clean bathrooms. Easy check in with friendly staff. We loved the pool area. They had toilets and a shower area, which was great on our checkout day. Meant we could check out and spend the rest of the day at the pool before our night flight. My only request would be the pool to have a shallow section for toddlers. It did have half the pool at 1.0 mtrs, but for my 3 yrs olds this meant we had to hold them the entire time. Thats personal to me, not a critisism about the hotel.
