They gave me another room on the 3rd floor, then found out, the ac was not working, and room had oily/gasoline smell, then they transfer me to another room. The last room was okay but wasted a lot of times. I called the Manager, he said that I should send an e-mail to the hotel management, as they don't listen to him.
