Room is windowless, air-cond works, locker (key with a small deposit) door was a bit flimsy. Mattress felt like had been used for a long time and providing much supportive. Bathroom was okay. 24-hour access by passcode at the main entrance though it took me a few attempts. Location is considered convenient, 5-10 min walking to Kallang or Bendemeer.
