We (older adult woman and young adult woman) shared a room with a loft (queen bed) and a sofa bed (single) in small living area that included the sink and 2 cubicles with doors for shower and toilet. Not much privacy, but it worked ok for us. The location was fantastic - easy access to public transportation and lots of food (hawkers, food courts, restaurants) nearby. The breakfast buffet was good

Compared to some chain hotels this is a relatively compact and boutique type establishment, but the food is great and the 10:30 late breakfast is excellent as you can lay in a little and still grab a bite to eat. Standard rooms are not large but have everything needed whether business or leisure although the space for a laptop is tight. Staff very friendly and having spent just under a week here can’t fault them at all. Location is good whether using the MRT, Walking or taking a grab.

I have stayed at 5 hotels within Bugis square and this is the best. Hawker center, shopping and Cinema are right next to hotel. Very comfortable bed and good view on both side with no obstruction. Cena the friendly reception even upgraded me to the loft on the highest floor. Enjoyed my 7 days stay. Will choose this hotel again.

The staff were super helpful. On New Years Eve they provided free refreshments up on the roof to watch the fireworks at midnight. Stored our luggage for 6 hours after checking out. Great location.

I had a very good stay at Mercure Singapore Bugis. The hotel is well located, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and have a premium feel, which makes the stay very comfortable. Breakfast offers a good selection and is a nice way to start the day. The rooftop area is another highlight, with a great view and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it’s a clean, modern hotel in a convenient location, and I would happily stay here again.
