The room itself was surface clean and presentable. Although the room was clean I did notice a hair when I pulled the covers back and I did notice a deeper clean would be needed for certain areas of the room like the top of the curtains and the shower stall e.g. the tile grooves and corners. Outside of that the staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Answered all question with a pleasant disposition. Only other comment I would add is if a small ramp could be placed to the side of the stairs of the entrance to accommodate heavier luggage to be rolled up to enter and exit the lobby. I enjoy the smiles of the front office staff as you walk in and out of the property. One of the front-desk staff also stopped me walking out one day in order to ask if they can fix the plumbing in my room. It was a fix that left me pleasantly surprised as the leaky faucet in the room was repaired and functioned perfectly during the remainder of my stay. I am pleased with the room cleanliness and simplicity for my travel purposes.
