One of hotel staffs named, Andrew helped me when I had a difficult time. When I arrived in Singapore, my phone was not connected at all. When I told him about my situation, he did let me use his personal mobile phone to make international call, but he did not even ask for extra charge. It was very nice of him that he did let me use his phone. He was my life saver. The connection problem was solved, and I could enjoy my time in Singapore.
