This location may NOT suitable for children, it is within the REDlight distric, it is not very clean and has very uncomfortable Odor smell if you walk outside of the hotel. dirty smell coming from some local fish markets, and restaurants ... but the staff working are very nice and helpful

It was fine if you’re solo and hoping to save a penny. It’s ideal if you’re not picky and aren’t pampered. The hotel room was clean and had all the amenities, it was the details that were a bit odd. Everything was clean but I found items under the bed from previous guests. The bathroom door didn’t lock nor hold place so it swung open, and the shower had no door, which it was right next to the toilet. There was also a leak from some sort of hose connected to the toilet. It didn’t cause problems yet there was a small puddle every morning. The hotel management were so kind and helpful :) I liked their cheerful demeanor.

It definitely felt like a budget experience. Looking back I wish I had paid a bit more for the next level up of hotel. The staff were friendly but the service was poor. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned multiple times and when it was “cleaned” we just had new towels placed and the trash taken away. The area itself also gave a very dive bar feeling. Next time I will pay extra to get more of the Singapore experience you see online. Singapore is an amazing safe country. I did not expect to love so much. If you don’t have the budget to spend more this budget hotel gets the job done for a place to sleep and nearby bus stations to explore the city.

keep away from this hotel red lights every where, manager is awfull stuff are terrible , they rude , you need to ask for clean towls , to fix ur bed etc etc my stay there was horrible ,noisy you can hear every thing in ur room never quite even nights the walls are paper thin , you cannot relax for a minute unless you go outside ..its not cheap this hotel look elsewhere scip this HOTEL you will regret it ..
