It's location is excellent with 5 levels of shops below, including a variety of cheap places to eat, a 711 store, KFC, Dunkin Donuts. There is a also supermarket close-by and Orchard Rd and the ION Centre are less than a 5 minute walk away. Staff were friendly and most helpful. On the not so good side, the hotel decor is a little dated. The kitchen bench had many ants every day. We were unable to cook properly in the kitchen as there was no fry pan or wok, just pots suitable for boiling things.
