The hotel itself is clean and nice, if basic. The main issue is that the walls are paper thin. Construction in the hotel was in progress during my stay so hammering and drills started in the morning, so loud that it made it impractical to stay in the room at all, much less have meetings or relax. There's late-night karaoke around the neighborhood, which you can hear loud and clear from your room. If one of your neighbors unzips their suitcase or coughs, you can hear it.
The shower opens to the bathroom and doesn't have a door, so it's impossible to avoid flooding your bathroom with every shower.
The neighborhood is cool and has incredible food. The hotel is fine, it's just worth it to spend a bit more for a quieter, more relaxing stay at another property.
