Full of cockroaches even these bugs were crawling at us as well. Even though the hotel told us that the rooms are big enough to sleep 4 but it was not true, barely 3 can fit in the room. We had an emergency a few days before our stay and called to check if we could get a refund out of goodwill or even a certain amount of refund after a negotiated cancellation fee, but we were outright refused when we called by the receptionist who answered the call, and no emails were replied to after we sent several to follow up.
