Thank you for the kind words Brandi we enjoyed having you folks. We hired a heat pump contractor months ago and it has been scheduled many times to no success. We had an A/C but this was supposed to be in prior to the hot weather so we do apologize for that piece. For swimming there is the boat landing that has shallow depths within walking distance as well as a beach in St. Agatha that is a wonderful place to visit with kids for the day.
