Welcome to our hotel lobby, featuring a reception desk with digital display, a large vase, and a staircase leading to the upper level.

"The hotel is pretty but the lobby is HOT. They do not have AC in the lobby and around the pool table so therefore you cannot use that part of the hotel unless you want to sweat. We stayed in malatya for visit family and therefore booked the suites which provide living room. Once upon check in we were given regular rooms. When we saw the room we had to go back to reception and remind them our booking were for suites. They changed our rooms to suites and Unfortunately we were told no visitors...

"AVOID THIS HOTEL. First, they changed the date of our stay to six months later for no reason at all. Had to call Hotel.com to rectify it. Second, when we checked in I offered my credit card to pay the bill but was told not to worry so I assumed they had debited my card already. The next day I ordered a taxi to take us to the aiport and halfway there, the driver got a call from the hotel saying we hadnt paid the bill despite...

"Nice hotel nice pool dinner and breakfast good. The only thing was at breakfast they were packing up a bit early at 8am . Dinner started at 7 and they were packing up 8-15 and some food had disappeared, so need to make breakfast and dinner times start and finish a little more official instead of packing up because staff feel like it. Otherwise hotel great and reception very friendly "
