What we liked: charming villa, polite staff, excellent location. What wasn't so great: noise in the hallways, breakfast was limited (for example, no fruit). This is a very nice place for the price, and we recommend it. Quite a lot of the common area were out of use. They are doing construction to make a new (and needed!) dining room, which was pretty noisy for much of the day we were there. The villa we were in was spacious and beautiful, and had everything you'd wish for in an apartment. It had a bit of a musty smell upon entering. Only the coffee could be better quality. It is a lovely old building with large rooms. This is a simple hotel (by UK standards a B&B) right in the center of Sinaia. The staff were all great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but everything you need is there, hair drier, tea and coffee facilities, fridge etc. Breakfast was excellent, a wide range of different things, certainly all we needed and more, and we enjoyed the different variety of things we wouldn't have had at home. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the telecabine up the mountain, 5 mins to the monastery and perhaps 10mins to Peles Castle, so perfect to leave the car and explore on foot. A very short walk to the Main Street for all the restaurants but really quiet at night. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
