"No amenities. Only bar soap and towel. No Kleenex , no coffee pot, no cups for water...not even in the office. Tub spigot broken. One bed mattress on floor, no frame. Thank goodness I only needed it for one night."

"Property is run down. Sheets where stained, towels where stained, cobwebs in every corner, freezer and refrigerator where dirty.
