Very nice and clean cabin in a lovely location

We had a great stay at this apartment and would absolutely recommend it, especially for families traveling with kids. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was provided, which made the stay easy and stress-free. The location was excellent — safe, convenient, and close to restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions. It was easy to get around, and having everything so close was a big plus when traveling with a child. The space itself was spacious and well laid out, giving us plenty of room to relax after busy days out. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was quiet at night, which is always important when traveling with kids. The host was responsive, kind, and very helpful, providing clear instructions and quickly answering any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this apartment made our trip even better, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the top hotels during this trip ate various cities and without a doubt Aino Private Island Hotel is the most luxurious and memorable one. To say the place is magical is an under statement, the staff definitely made a huge difference: Pearl, Andrea, Sabine and especially Jasmina. We will definitely return for a longer stay. Thank you for everything.

**Beautiful location, but service fell short** The location is the highlight of Silver Birch—secluded, peaceful, beautiful lake views, and excellent wildlife viewing. It’s outside of town and requires driving down a dirt/gravel road, but we had no issues finding it with Google Maps. We stayed three nights during the slow season and saw only two other guests. If you want privacy and quiet, this is the place. However, there was almost *too much* privacy. We never saw a staff member during our stay, and the main building/lobby was locked all three days. The restaurant was closed due to the slow season, and there are no nearby food options, so we had to drive into town for meals. Breakfast was provided in the refrigerator, but nothing was replenished during our three-day stay, and no one proactively checked in with us. The biggest issue was running out of toilet paper with no extra roll stocked in the room. I contacted the hotel, but it took over 12 hours to receive another roll—and it arrived as we were checking out. We had to drive into town and buy our own. Overall, the setting is fantastic, but **the service did not match the price**. For a property marketed as a luxury resort, we expected a much higher level of service.
