Positiv hervorheben möchten wir das Spa, das ausgezeichnet war. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt Frau Ema und Frau Schertler, die extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Auch das Servicepersonal, insbesondere Sophia, war jederzeit sehr nett und aufmerksam. Leider überwiegen die negativen Erfahrungen: Unsere Premium Juniorsuite war extrem warm...
