All linen and trowels are provided and so is wi-fi. This beautifully presented property will impress for any type of getaway, be it a couple, family or group. However, please kindly leave your furry friend at home. From your first step inside the home, expect to find a space with hardwood floors, soft linens and coastal touches throughout. Along the entrance hall are the three bedrooms that flow onto the first living area boasting large comfortable couches to relax in as well as a games room perfect for the kids to entertain themselves during the evening. Be sure to open the windows to allow the sweet smell of the ocean, salt and coastal breeze to flow throughout. This level includes the main bathroom and laundry. All 3 generous bedrooms are immaculately presented with soft luxury linens and towels. Opening directly from the upstairs open plan living, dining and kitchen is the relaxing outdoor deck complete with bbq and dining area to laze around whilst overlooking the beautiful views and sunsets across Silverleaves beach. This level has the master bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in robe. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave ensures you will have all the essentials to entertain on those balmy summer nights. Just a short stroll to the heart of Silverleaves, is the newly renovated General Store - where you can enjoy a beautiful breakfast while reading your morning newspaper. It would have been given 5 stars but for the premium pricing this property should disclose it does NOT have internet/wifi. In todays world, paying a very expensive per night fee in peak times and off peak rate equivalent to a five star hotel in Melbourne CBD, basic internet should be provided. Many other homes in close proximity have internet included. The area has poor mobile phone service. Making it very difficult for business people (like us) to work remotely.
