"Property under renovation. One working light in the bedroom but no way to turn it off. I used a pillow. Killed 6 bugs. Maybe 7. Lost count. Curtains were cut (ripped?) to fit around an ac unit. AC unit worked, which was nice. Trash left in room from someone else. Generally dirty and old except for a partially renovated wall. Smelled like cigarettes. Hot water was more like not cold. Maybe it will improve, but at the moment it's pretty bad."

"This was a great place for a family to stay. Spacious, bright airy house in a nice neighborhood. Close to Saguarro National Park and the Arizona Desert Museum. The pool was really fun for our kids -- not super warm water with the cool nights, but very refreshing. "

"We had a family of 8 with ages ranging from 80 to 2.5, this house was perfect for everyone to have their own space and still feel together. The game area, the pool, the grilling area, the grass with golf balls and clubs, the roof top covered porch, kitchen and especially the location were all AMAZINGLY perfect. The view from the yard overlooking the city at night with the twinkling lights, or the sun rising over the mountains each moment was breathtaking."

"Four of us really enjoyed staying for a week at this conveniently located, well stocked, and very clean property. Kristine was very helpful answering questions. Having access to the garage was a plus with the heat wave. What made it for all of us was being able to hang out by and use the pool. Would return."

"I booked this mainly on price. For a recognized brand hotel with breakfast included, the price was good and the location seemed fine. We stayed here 3 nights. Pros: * Breakfast (6 a.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. weekends) was pretty good, in terms of quality and variety. * The hotel is centrally located - less than 10 minutes to U of Arizona campus or downtown. * Within a block of I-10 (but no noise issues). * There is a gas station adjacent to the hotel for easy fill-ups, if needed. Cons: * Accessing the hotel's driveway was awkward. You pass under I-10, switch lanes, pass a traffic light, and then have to get into a short semi-lane to wait for a gap to turn across traffic to get in. Not horrible, but it was always a final, mild challenge when returning. * The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy. They don't seem to have an issue with their parking lot, but some of the people hanging around the gas station next door seemed like you'd be better off avoiding them. The room was adequate for 3 people, but the sofa bed was not the greatest. If you are not getting breakfast at the hotel (for whatever reason), there is a Waffle House across the street and an IHOP about a block away. There also was some sort of Crab Shack restaurant next store. Those appeared to be the only restaurants within walking distance and we did not visit any of them. If I returned to Tucson, I'd consider staying here again, but might also shop around to compare other places. "
