Brilliant hotel but location was terrible lots of homeless and dodgy characters and long walk from anything would definitely recommend booking something in a safer area closer to Santa Monica or Hollywood. Stay away from this hotels location unless you want to get mugged or have your car broken into.

Throughout the stay we didn’t get room service. Not even trash was emptied or beds done. But I do gotta say the staff from the the front desk to the restaurant were great. The food was surprisingly very good the amenities where there but I think the maintenance and cleaning staff is where is lacking ...
