Property and staff were amazing

Very attentive, access to their good restaurant and bar, clean.

Friends and I stayed at the resort for a long weekend getaway. Our flight was 3 hours late arriving so it was a welcome sight to finally arrive at the location. The next morning we got to do some exploring and saw how lovely the property was with gorgeous landscaping and walking paths. The only issue we had was a miscommunication with our check out time. I arranged with a desk agent over the phone the week prior to have a late checkout and pay the additional fee involved. Our time was extended from 10am to Noon. However at 10:30 our phone rang wanting to know why we hadn't checked out. They told us that if we could be out in 15 minutes we would not be charged anything additional as they had no record of me arranging the late check out. Luckily we were ready and just had to load the car with our bags, so it all worked out just fine. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Scottsdale.
