Providing a generous 3 full floors of living space – The Bears Den is perfect for your family vacation or a couples retreat! Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the mountain setting while taking in the views from your private covered hot tub, or curl up with the family in front of the welcoming stone fireplace. This one-of-a-kind custom-built mountain home is a timber frame ski-in/out property with a great open concept design. It is nestled on the Ridge and includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half bathrooms, family rooms (3), a luxurious fully stocked kitchen, dining room, large ski preparation/ storage area, and large covered decks. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom One: King (sleeps 2), with amazing ensuite, fireplace, private covered deck Bedroom Two: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom Three: Double/Single Bunk (sleeps 3) and Single/Single Bunk (sleeps 2) with Jack and Jill ensuite Bedroom Four (on entry level): King Bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite Entry Level Family Room: Queen pullout (sleeps 2) Main Level Sitting Area: Double Pullout (sleeps 2) Although The Bears Den can sleep more guests, occupancy is still strictly 12\. \*\*Please note the bunkbeds: The top bunks are for kids age 6 and over. Appreciated the hot tub use in the summer. The only drawback was the amount of construction going on in the street and the time of day the construction started which was often before 7am. Not a long term thing though so recommend this property for a large group. The booking was easy and the level of communication and information provided was exceptional. There was lot of room for our group of 9 adults. Ski in and out was easy, although ski out had a very short steep uphill hike. We made great use of the hot tub while enjoying the beautiful valley views. The living area was so bright and flooded with natural light. Plenty of bathrooms for our large group. We cooked all of our meals while staying and found the kitchen to be fairly well stocked. It could benefit from a few more larger pots and non stick pans, but we appreciated items like the slow cook crockpot. The house is a short drive (3 min) to the village centre. Communication with Lindsay and the SilverStar Stays team was quick and efficient. Skiing here was amazing and we will be back. ##### Cori R. Great location with easy ski-in ski-out access. House is beautiful and clean. Kitchen is well stocked as well as the bathrooms and showers. We were a group of eight adults who are friends and do a yearly ski trip together and this has been our best experience by far. We will be back.
